This is a great glimpse into the Westland of the times. Plenty of historical stuff with articles on early mining methods, early farmers, politics and more. There are plenty of black and white images of people, places and things and it looks like all the local businesses of the time came on board to support the publication - so there are some wonderful old advertisements too. Fascinating stuff.
