Zane Grey was a prolific writer who mostly wrote Western stories. Born the son of a dentist in the late 1800s in the US, he went onto become a dentist himself before starting his writing career. He published over 100 novels in his lifetime. Wanderer of The Wasteland follows a young man who wanders the rugged West for years after accidentally shooting his brother.
