The Thursday Murder Club

I think this type of book has been called 'cosy crime'. Anyway, it's the first book Richard Osman wrote and it's been such a hit Netflix snapped it up to take it to the small screen. Easy to see why - it's a lovely, sweet, funny murder mystery set in a retirement home where a group of residents gather each Thursday to solve unsolved murders. A little light and uplifting reading.
