In 1930 he went to Abyssinia as a special correspondent for The Times, reporting on the coronation of Haile Selassie, king of Ethiopia. He then traveled through Kenya, Zanzibar and other African countries. Observant, funny and easy to read this is a great little Travelodge.
First published 1931. This is a paperback copy printed in 1985. In very good condition.
