Compiled by Hardwicke Knight it features images taken by photographer Daniel Louis Munday who had a studio on the corner of Dowling Street and Princes Street. Most of the photos in this book were taken in 1863 and 1864. A fascinating and thoughtful look at everyday life in the 1860s.
